Quick refresher: I’m Brett, and I started Creator Economy NYC (“CENYC”) in January of 2023 as simply a bar meet-up at Hair of the Dog in LES.
Today, it's a vibrant community uniting us creators, founders, operators, investors, and reporters in NYC's creator economy.

Our community aims to achieve two key goals:
Foster relationships and build a thriving community that drives the creator economy forward.
Champion the NYC creator economy.
We’ve currently been achieving that through monthly IRL events, whether it be a casual mixer or a speaking event. Now, I’m launching a weekly newsletter as an added layer to that.
Snapshots of events from the past year
I promise it won’t be just another thought leadership newsletter on the creator economy. This is community-focused, and you’ll see that on display each week.
And even if you’re not NYC-based, you’ll still benefit from being subscribed.
